At Solar Soccer Club, our primary objective is to nurture talent.

Solar Saff coaches believe the game is the best teacher. Our coaches create sessions that follow the club curriculum and include realistic decision-making scenarios. Our vision is grounded within individual player development that fits into team dynamics.

Coaching education is vital in supporting player success. Through a series of coach development sessions, we help our staff clearly understand guided discovery techniques and the timing and types of interventions they use either on the training field or on match day.

We encourage our coaches to focus on the process, be role models, and use the power of examples. We believe the most experienced and influential teachers should coach in Zone 1.

We believe in standards and accountability for staff and players.
